2nd Class of a Back to Back
I just finished my back to back Bikram classes, this is my 3rd straight Monday of doing this and this week I’ll be able to do more because I get off work at 6:00 AM. I notice that I am always tight when I start my yoga week, probably because I came straight from bed and did not spend the entire night working. Also during the 2nd class I don’t perspire as much, which I hate because the heat just stays in my body making me more uncomfortable. I’ll drink extra lots of water this week and see if there’s a difference if I do back to back classes after working.
